All WestWind grantees are required to submit an interim report on
all grants received from the foundation. Please note that these
reports function as a means to help the foundation evaluate the
effectiveness of its previous year's grant. These reports also factor
into the evaluation of the NGO during the current grant cycle. (For
example, a report regarding a 2008 Environment Program Grant will
be due in late summer/early fall 2008. Unless the grant is a one-time grant,
the report will be used to determine the amount of the NGO's 2009
grant.) Please remember that reports are due the same date as proposals.
All grantees will be required to submit reports
electronically through WestWind's online application system. Please
check WestWind's Master Calendar for
upcoming grant deadlines.
